This September, go the extra mile to change refugees' lives

By pulling on your trainers, travelling the length of a refugee’s journey, and raising sponsorship, you can help us show the UK that every refugee matters.

It’s simple to take part in Miles for Refugees

1. Register and pick a distance to aim for over a month. Your distance reflects part of the journey a refugee might be forced to take just to reach safety.

2. Walk, run, swim or cycle during September to rack up the miles and record your progress online.

3. Ask your friends and family to sponsor you to reach your £150 fundraising target.

Your donations will help the British Red Cross support refugees throughout the UK.
