Choose from six distances, from 22 miles to over 500. Each distance represents a journey that people have been forced to take to find safety.
Choose how you’ll collect your miles – walk the dog, log your weekend runs, cover laps in the pool or get your mates together to cycle.
Raise your £150 fundraising target and help refugees in the UK and around the world to find safety, rebuild their lives, and reunite with their loved ones.
Your distance, your way, for every refugee
We must keep standing with people in need of safety and protection, wherever they come from. Miles for Refugees is your way to take action, and help raise the money we need to support refugees in the UK and abroad.
Sign up and choose from one of six distances; each one representing the journeys people are forced to take to reach safety. Shorter routes like 22 miles across the English Channel or 108 miles from Ukraine to Poland are a great individual fitness challenge – or there’s longer routes available for the more ambitious!
All through June, run, walk, swim, cycle, or cover your chosen distance however and wherever you like. Log your miles on your fundraising page - either manually or automatically by linking your Strava app.
Then get sharing your page to raise your £150 fundraising target to support the British Red Cross refugee services. The money you raise will help us support refugees in the UK and around the world to find safety, rebuild their lives, and reunite with their loved ones. We do this because we believe that Every Refugee Matters.
