Ask your friends and family to sponsor you to reach your £150 charity target. The money raised will help change the lives of refugees in the UK.

This September get ready to grab your bike, pull on your trainers or head to the pool to make your miles count. Miles for refugees is for anyone, anywhere. When you sign up to the challenge a fundraising page will automatically be created for you. This is where you can collect donations and add your miles to reach your challenge goal. However you choose to collect your miles this September make sure you do it for refugees in the UK.

These six distances highlight some of the life-risking journeys refugees are forced to take just to reach safety.
