Over 100 million people

forced to flee by mid-2022, for the first time on record

and 1.5 million were born as refugees

74% in low and middle income countries

Cover the miles at your own pace

Take 30 days to make a difference. Log your runs, walks, swims, or even rollerblading to your fundraising page, manually or through Strava. Share how you’re doing and connect with others in our Facebook Group or Discord channel. And don’t forget to share your fundraising page to reach your £150 target!

Whatever your fitness level, you can take part however and wherever you like, solo or as a team.

It costs just £10 to sign up, and you’ll be part of a community that believes every refugee matters. Every pound you raise will turn into critical support for people who’ve been forced to leave their homes behind.

Signups are currently closed, but will reopen in late 2023. We hope you'll join us then.

Niloha: Refugees, you don’t choose where you go. What matters is that you want to find a place to call home. So this is my home.
Olivia: At the event of every day, after the run you sit home and you’re like ‘wow, I’ve done something cool, and I raised money.’
